About This Safari
6-Day Tanzania Safari from Arusha / Kilimanjaro Airport – Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Tarangire
Your adventure begins in Arusha, Tanzania’s safari gateway, after arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). From here, you will journey through the famous Northern Safari Circuit, visiting some of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife destinations. The route is designed to provide a balanced safari experience, allowing enough time for game viewing without unnecessary long drives between parks.
Starting with Tarangire National Park, famous for its ancient baobab trees and large elephant herds, you will continue toward the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, where vast savannah plains support incredible wildlife including lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest.

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. The drive takes approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic and your accommodation location.

After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive toward Tarangire National Park, famous for its impressive elephant population, giant baobab trees, and beautiful landscapes.
Enjoy a morning and afternoon game drive searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and numerous bird species. The park’s seasonal Tarangire River attracts large numbers of wildlife, especially during the dry season.
