The park is also known for its tree-climbing lions, though sightings are never guaranteed.

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive in one of Africa’s most unique wildlife environments.
The crater floor offers one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Tanzania, with strong chances of seeing lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of birdlife. With some luck, you may also spot the endangered black rhino.
Game drives take you across open plains, wetlands, and forested areas within the crater, creating a compact and highly rewarding safari experience.
In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Enjoy a final game drive through the park before leaving in the afternoon and heading to Arusha Airport for your flight back to Zanzibar.
