Our Booking Process

After going through our guides and trip samples then we believe you'll have a rough idea of what you will want for your safari. Then all you'll have to do is make an inquiry to us on your ideal package that fits your dreams, budget and other safari needs.

You'll then have a consultation talk with one of our safari specialists to in order to create the perfect itinerary for you. Consultations can be done via direct messaging, calls or emails, whatever method that works best for you.

If you happen to pick a group tour or a tour with lodging accommodations, we'll then have to check for spot and room availability in order to make provisional reservations. If the spots and room are in fact available, we'll then proceed to make reservations on your approval.

We will then send payment details & invoice for a deposit. The deposit is usually 10% for all camping safaris and 30% for all lodging safaris. A higher deposit percentage will be required for luxury or tailor-made safaris.

After we've received your initial deposit, we'll then go ahead and send you confirmation for your booking.
